How does the Elite Mobile Medics Repair Service work?

Call Out Service: 

Our Call Out Service is our premium service for businesses. We will pickup and dropoff your devices at a time that is convenient for you.

 

Here’s how it works:

Go to Elite Mobile Medics, click “Request a Quote” button.

Book your repair:

Select your device and tell us what’s wrong with it. We’ll give you an instant repair price so you know exactly what it will cost. Select the ‘Call Out’ option and enter your details to book your repair

We will contact you to confirm your appointment

Our of our highly ­talented Techs will contact you to confirm the exact time and location for your repair

 

Mail In Service

Our Mail In service is the most cost­ effective way to get your device repaired and is always available

 

Here’s how it works:

Go to Elite Mobile Medics and click Get Started

Book your Repair

Select your device and tell us what’s wrong with it. We’ll give you an instant repair price so you know exactly what your repair will cost. Select the ‘Mail In’ option. Enter your details and pay for the repair.

 

Send your device to us

Post your device to our Repair Center HQ

 

Same Day Repair

One of our master phone repair technicians will test and repair your device the same day it is received

 

Next Day Insured Delivery

We return your device to you by Next Day Insured Delivery

 

What locations do you cover?

Elite Mobile Medics will pickup and deliver within a 90 mile radius
Book either our Call Out or Mail In service through our website. Go to Elite Mobile Medics and click ‘Book a Repair’

How much does it cost to repair my phone?

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. We offer a full, comprehensive 12 month warranty on all repairs*. Please see here for more details.

*With the exception of water damaged devices.

Can you fix my phone today? Do you offer Same Day appointments?

Yes in most cases. With our Call Out phone repair service we can normally send an iTech out to you the same day to repair your device. To check availability and book a repair go to the Elite Mobile Medics homepage and click Get Started.

What happens if you cannot repair my device? Will I still be charged?

We operate a No Fix, No Fee policy. If we cannot repair your device, you don’t pay*
On a Call Out repair, if the iTech cannot repair your device you don’t need to pay anything.With a Mail In repair, if you have paid upfront for a repair and we cannot repair your device we will refund you the cost of your repair. You just pay the postage charge to send it back to you as we send it by tracked & insured courier.

Do you repair water damaged phones?

Yes. We offer a Water Damage repair service.

Our water damage repair service aims to restore your device back to working order. One of our skilled repair technicians will strip down your device, put it through a chemical cleaning / drying process and then re-build & test your device.

Due to the nature of water damage these repairs are not available as a Call-out service and are only available through our Mail-in Repair Service.

Warning – due to the nature of water damage not all devices can be repaired as water and electricity don’t mix well and the damage is sometimes beyond repair. We will do everything possible to try to restore your device to a functional working order. We have a very good success rate (approximately 8 in 10 devices repaired) but we cannot guarantee success. In some instances, your device still might not work after we have carried out this repair. Therefore, the fee for this service is chargeable whether the device is repaired or not.

How long does a repair take?

For a Call Out appointment where one of our Techs comes out to you a typical repair takes about 30mins.

For a Mail In repair, where you post your device to our Repair Center, we aim to fix your device the same day we receive it and send it back to you by Next Day Insured Delivery.

What parts do you use for repairs?

We only use the highest quality (AAA quality) parts for all our repairs. For added reassurance we also offer a Comprehensive 12 Month Warranty on all repairs.

Do you use genuine Apple parts?

Apple themselves do not actually sell parts. For all our repairs we use the highest quality (AAA quality) non-branded parts made to the same specifications of Apple parts. We also offer a Comprehensive 12 Month Warranty on all repairs.

What devices do you repair?

We currently repair the full iPhone & iPad range and many other popular smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy range. For a full list of the devices we repair go to the Book a Repair page.

Do you offer a drop-­in service? Can I bring my device to you in person?

Yes of course. See our Contact Us page for the address of our Repair Center HQ and opening hours.

How do you return my device?

We know how valuable your device is so we send your device back to you using a tracked and insured courier service.

Are all costs included?

Yes. The price you see, is the price you pay. No hidden extras

How do I identify what iPhone model I have?

Apple have produced an excellent guide to identify which model of iPhone you have.

Will getting my device repaired void the manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes it will void the manufacturer’s warranty, but accidental damage is outside of the manufacturer’s warranty anyway. For instance, if you break the screen on your phone this is outside the manufacturer’s warranty anyway so you may as well get it repaired.

Is my data safe?

The repair should not in any way affect your data. However, as a precaution, we do advise all customers to backup their data before getting their device repaired.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data due to repairs carried out on your device, please ensure any important data is backed up before the device is booked in.

What do I need to send with my phone? Do you need the SIM card?

You only need to send us your phone. We don’t need the SIM card, charger or any other accessories.
